Basik Foundationz was created to bring foundational truths to the youth through vivid presentations and a true heart-to-heart talk.

- NUTRITION AND EXERCISE

Never before has the health of our communities been so at risk.  The unhealthy food choices so readily available and common sedentary lifestyles have impacted our communities and all to often the impact is unseen.

Basik Foundationz is geared to expose the threats of unhealthy foods and the body's need for exercise to create a balance in our human vessels.

- BREAKING ADDICTIONS

Addiction has plagued our communities and lives for generations.  Although addiction is commonly seen as substance abuse, there are other addictions becoming more profound such as pornography, gambling, eating issues, self inflicted pain, suicidal tendencies and various substance abuses. 

Basik Foundationz covers:  What is addiction? - Types of addiction. - Effects on the body, family, friends, and community. - Personal story of addiction (Life After Death Epics). - The need for truth. - Seeing your future from your past.

- FREEDOM FROM SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES (STD'S)

In today's society, there is an undeniable esteem for promiscuity and casual sex.  It can be seen on television, movies, music videos, magazines, cartoon anime, and vividly detailed in music lyrics.  The coinage "sex sells" has often sold young adults a lie that results in life long diseases and disappointments...and it is increasing!

The amazing characteristic of STDs is that STDs change and new ones are being discovered. When vivid truths concerning STDs are shared with young individuals it gives them an incentive to choose a significantly more healthy choice when they wouldn’t have otherwise.

- CONTROLLING EMOTIONS

Self control is one of the most basic fundamentals in a persons life, but is often not role modelled.  There are consequences to our actions. Statistics show that native communities have a higher rate of abuse, suicide, personal harm, rage, anger, controlling relationships, early pregnancy and "playing house" during adolescence.

It is statistically known poverty is all too common, especially among native communities.  The lack of financial responsibility leads to confusion and stress for the individual and loved ones. Investing in your future is one of the most important subjects an individual can learn.   Basik Foundationz teaches the truth to stop codependency and start encouraging financial responsibility, accountability, investment and success.
